We have successfully tested this in the past and is a real game changer as to whether we subscribe or not.
The link produced in the submission response emails is no longer working, below is an example.
Please advise.

I have tested the PDF link and it seems to be working at my end.
Can you please try to use another web browser in downloading the PDF link and let us know if the issue still remains?

I did check back on the forums and noticed a lot of reports about network performance, i guess it was down to that because your right everything is working fine now.
