Someone completed a survey yesterday but it is not showing up in the inbox and we didn't receive an automated email either?
Please assist.

I checked our email logs and I can see that emails were being sent properly on our end. Here's a screenshot:
Please check the spam folder. If you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam. If the issue still persists, please provide the form URL and the email recipient that is not getting the notification email.
