Changes to my form are not saved

Asked by stedmunds on March 07, 2011 at 11:08 AM

    Hi,

I created a new form, saved it, grabbed the source, put it in to my website and it went very well.  Then I noticed a few mistakes I had made.  I went back to JotForm, made the changes on my form, saved them, checked to make sure the source code was still the same, but when I preview it on your website, or load it on my website, none of the changes are showing, even though whehn I go to edit the form, I can see the changes.

    Help please

    Hi there,

I've just taken a look at the source for your page and it looks like there's some mix up with the script block.  The content of the scipt tag looks like it should be in an iframe (i.e. the script tag contains the code for an entire page, including html, head and body tags).  Can you try embedding it again, using whichever method you prefer?  If you need to make changes then the best method is just to embed the script block rather than the full source code because the change will be visible immediatly on your site.  Just replace the code you have with the following:

    <script src="https://www.jotform.com/jsform/10651513288"></script>

If you do want to use the full source code then take a clean copy by clicking the Embed Form button in the form builder and then clicking the Source icon.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
