Verify email not working

I have created an account, username-mizukit and was sent a verify email link which I verified. However when I verified the link a tab opens which reads invalid link. I have tried verifying my email a number of times and have also tried two email addresses,  each time I get a invalid link page, can you please help and suggest how I can correct this problem?
