Excel or Google spreadsheet with formulas embedded inb my form

I want to create a grant application form for a programme we run which asks users to complete a budget form showing income and expenditure.

I have tried embedding a google sheet, but the issue I have with is that once one user uses the form it doesn't reset to a blank form for the next user.

I have been playing around with this for a day or so and can't find a solution. I would welcome support and tips to see if there is a way to make this work

I recommend you to use the Input Table field.

You might also want to check the Spreadsheet widget. This widget adds a spreadsheet to your form to collect tabulated values. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.
