my account has been downgraded to free - does this mean it is still working?

    My account - username Scriv77 was downgraded today as Paypal doing a security check, froze my account!  We are happy to keep with the free service at the moment but does this mean that anyone applying to do my class using Jotform still gets their form processed?  I dont want to lose any customers!

    Definately right. Eventhough your account downgraded to free, your clients/customers can still used your form to submit their submissions.
