Google Drive Integration

    Dear Jotform,

    In addition to sending form submission notifications to my gmail account, I've integrated my forms with:
    1. DropBox
    2. Google Drive


    On a couple of the forms, it seems that Google Drive is making duplicates for each submission.

    Could this possibly have happened because I clicked the integration button more than once, for some forms?...
    Any idea of how to fix this?

    I'm understandably hesitant to "mess with" any of the integration settings, as they are working perfectly, aside from these duplications.  Of course, I'd rather have duplicate submissions recorded, than none!

    Have you check if the submissions was also duplicated on the form submissions page? I've check your form but couldn't find any submissions other than the existing two items. Are these two that have been duplicated on your Google Drive Account?

    Reintegrating the form to Google Drive might help you solved that, please try it. After the reintegration, moved the folders from the old submissions main folder to the new one and then delete it to avoid mail main folder duplication.
