I had it on the form: Dr. Babette New Account FormIt was going to: bglad31d@gmail.com
But she NEVER received any emails at all. So I changed it to my email address: greg@mandilewebdesign.com. I get them, no problem.
She is saying she checked spam, promotions and all her folders. She is NOT on the blocked list. What can I do?Thanks.

I have cloned that form, put that email address() as the recipient, and did a test submission. Our mail logs shows that the notification was sent, could you ask her to check?
