Dropbox Integration is not working?

    I'd like to send submissions of a completed form to Dropbox in PDF format. I've completed the integration steps and a folder was automatically created in my Dropbox account. However, when I submit a form it is not going into Dropbox. How do I correct this?

    I cloned and tested your form, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue.

    Could you please double check your integration and see if you're still able to replicate it?

    I just wanted to add that I am also having this problem with a newly created form.  Responses are being received in jotform but not going to the dropbox folder.

    I have tested the integration on my test form but I can't seem to replicate the issue. The integration works at my end.

    Can you please try re-integrating Dropbox in your form and let us know if the issue still remains?

    I didn't make any changes, but it started working last night. I did notice that it is naming the PDFs the same as the subfolder. Is there a way to correct this?

    You may change the name of your primary folder in your Dropbox integration. You can also change the name of the sub-folder depending on the available fields in your form.

    Thanks, I'm not having any difficulty naming the folder. The PDF form that is going into dropbox doesn't have an identifiable name. It is simply using the same subfolder name. For instance, the subfolder name is "Arkansas", the PDF that was sent to it is also called "Arkansas", how do I get it to sync with a different name on the PDF?

    Please try to remove the integration, and then set it up this way:

    The identifiable name that the PDF file will have is the one that you put in the second textbox(highlighted in yellow):
