Is it possible to add a custom background to any of our forms?

I was wondering if it's possible to add a custom background to any of your forms. 

Yes, you can do that in our forms. 

For the classic layout, you can add the background in the Colors tab/section:

For the card layout, you can do it in the Image and Video tabs. There are themes you can choose. For custom backgrounds, click the Custom tab.
