How to duplicate questions for multi registration form

My problem is different: my form asks for a choice of options for various meal courses. Fine! But now I want this same question but for two people. How do I duplicate the options for each course?

You will need to add an additional set of questions for the second person, then we can display the questions based on the conditions.
