Is there any way to organize the forms submitted by Client name?

If I understand correctly, you want to have the form submission data sorted by Client Name.

You can do this on multiple area of the form.

1. You can sort the submission data in the View Submission page.

2. You can create Reports using the submission data. The Reports have multiple options to organize the data.

3. You can use spreadsheet integration to have a spreadsheet of the submission data
