Creating a questionnaire type form

Hey there! I hope your day is going well so far :)

I have a simple (I think) question - but I cannot figure it out for the life of me.

I want to create a form that asks a yes or no question - and if the person were to click on no, I want it to take them to a different set of questions. If they clicked yes, it would proceed through the questions.

Is this possible with JotForm?

This is very much possible using the form. You just need to make use of the Conditions feature of the form.
