My Upload Limit

Hi there.

I am wondering about the upload and storage limit.

I downloaded everything and then deleted from our system so it should now be have a lot of free space in our online storage but it still says "almost out of room please upgrade".

We are a not for profit organisation and do not currently have funding to be able to upgrade.

Can you please help.
