How to Change User ID and Password

Thank you JotForm so much for making awesome online forms! Yay!

I am on a committee for my daughter's elementary school. I created a form for an event. I would like to change the User ID and Password so that the same form is available to next year's committee (without using my ID/password).

How can I change the User ID and Password?

Hello,

For you to be able to change your username (User ID) and password just login to your account and go to My Account Profile click edit next to the username and you can now enter your desired username. On the other hand, to change your password, just click also the edit next to the password, enter your new desired password, confirm your new password and verify it using your current password.
