    Hi,

We have a form (https://www.jotform.com/build/82374690874166) that uses this widget. The issue we have is after the 2 hours expires the user is still able to continue on taking the test. It doesn't end for them. Is there a way to modify the widget or is there something that would work better for a timed test so when the time limit expires, the test is over?

The action for the widget is to submit the form but it's not doing that. ANy help would be great.

    Thank you,

    Jan

Well, I've tried to import and clone the form and see if all options are done correctly through the link: https://www.jotform.com/build/82374690874166 but it said that I don't have "authorized access" to your form.

What I would suggest is clicking on the widget, on the right side see general "Options" check them out firmly, then go on "Advanced" tab, as well, and check out what options are there made as default.

I think you will find what you are looking for.

What I suggest is setting a timer to all pages on your form.

Please read the following article about Countdown Widget:

I hope this helps, from this tiny info I got from you, but please don't hesitate to contact us again and reply if you need more assistance on this matter.

    Hello Jan,

I can see that you have set the fields 'required', so when the widget attempts to submit the form it fails because of unfilled required fields.

You may lift required setting for the fields on your form or to change action for the widget to 'block the form' instead of submitting it.

Please let us know if you need more help with this.
