I have a multiple part issue.
Is there a way to export multiple choice options into individual columns in excel?
example: I have a multiple choice field with 7 choices. I would like each of the seven filed options exported to excel as a column. If data is selected, that data will populate the cell under the appropriate column.
Is there an efficient way to import Jotform data into access.
Thank you,

What I can think of best is to go firmly trough our guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.
Having read our greatly made step-by-step help guide provided on the link above, I think that you might just find the right answer.
Also, try searching our forum with key-words of your question. If that doesn't help as well, please don't hesitate to reply or contact us again.
I hope this helps. -

To provide additional information to the comments made above;
Importing Jotform Data to access efficiently is possible. There are a few options you can make use of which include:
- Post your form data submissions to an external database. Here is a thread enumerating the steps and options to post form data to MSSQL in real-time: https://www.jotform.com/answers/288193-Can-I-have-my-form-submissions-posted-into-my-online-MSSQL-Database
- If, on the other hand, you want to export your form data from JotForm and import to your own database, you may use our tool here: http://sqlserver.jotform.io/. The output of using the tool is an SQL file which can be used to import data to SQL Server. Access has a part where you can also run SQL commands so it can be useful.
- Send Submission Data via POST Method Using PHP and the Thank You Settings - in this guide, the target database is MySQL (not Access) and it will require you some knowledge in PHP programming.
- You can also export your form submission data to excel and paste/import them to Access.
As for splitting multiple choice options to individual cells in excel, you can follow the guide below:
- Split the columns using a delimiter. Basically, you choose a delimiter and the column will be split into separate cells/columns based on the delimiter set such as space or comma. Refer to these guides:
