Form not accessible on Google Drive?

I went through the steps and the form is still not accessible on our google drive

Please provide the URL of the form where you have Google Drive Embedded. The form itself won't be accessible on Google Drive but the submissions will be. Whenever the form is filled, a copy of the submissions along with any attached files will be sent to Google Drive. 

To view your submissions, refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions. You can then compare your submissions with those received in Google Drive.
