how do i change the email that my form is sent to?

Hello,
I think you are talking about the Notification Email that is sent when a submission sent. Please follow steps to change your notification email:
1) Click Edit Form button next to the form you want to make changes.
2) Go to Form SETTINGS
3) Click on EMAILS tab and then click pencil icon next to notification email.
4) Go to RECIPIENTS tab and there you can change recipient email address then press SAVE
