Unable to see drop down response in email

    Good Morning,

    I created a form in jotform but the drop down menu is not appearing in the email response.  I also tried this using the check box and it also did not work.  Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ed ... your test did work but it is not coming through on my end in the email, what might the problem be?

    To explain the above images, on the E-mail wizard, you can edit the notification content as you have.

    The fields on the right are what will populate the e-mail notifications.  The "Click to Edit" dropdown had an answer of "Comp Time".  

    You can see that the e-mail has that answer included. once I added the field from the right.

    You can add any of the fields to your notification.  

    Also, if you delete and create a new notification, the new notification will include all fieldson the form.

    Hi again Ed ... I appreciate your answer, I must be missing something because I still can not get the drop down menu to work.  You make reference in your last answer

    Is there something else I need to do to my form for this to work?

    You are missing a field {tag} of your DropDown in the Email Notification template body.

    Please try to click on your field title 'Click to edit under 'Form Fields', and this will add the correct {clickTo14} tag to your Email Notification template body. Mentioned tag is related to your DowpDown and responsible for populating.

    Alternatively, you may add a new Email Notification, so that all the fields will be included automatically.
