The quantity gift registry is not decreasing quantities

    Hi,

    When someone makes a purchase, the number of items is not decreasing.

    This can be fixed by updating the Widget. Click the wand icon after selecting the Widget. In the settings panel to the right, scroll down to the bottom and click the Update Widget button.

    Hello,
    These functions are already enabled on the form, the issue remains that if a transaction is completed by a user… the inventory does not decrease.

    Example: order using form for water bottle, inventory 15. After order submitted, the inventory remains 15.

    I’ve copied in Megan, who needs to stay on this thread.

    I have inspected your form and seem to be getting the same issue. I am escalating it to Level 2 to take a look and provide further assistance. We shall let you know once a response is available.

    A workaround I would suggest is to use the Inventory Widget in place of the Quantity Gift Widget.

    Hi @elykon. The widget doesn't update the count of items because it also doesn't send the selected amount. Please try to update Quantity Gift Registry widget in your form. As my colleague mentioned "In the settings panel to the right, scroll down to the bottom and click the Update Widget button". That will fix your issue. I tried it on a cloned form and it worked. Please update the widgets from the widget settings and let us know if the problem persists.
