Create a purchase button with Authorize.net within email

Can I create an email from an already existing HTML template? I have Adobe Dreamweaver and have created an email where a customer would renew their product with our company within the email. I need to be able to process payments with Authorize. Is that something that I would need you guys for or does having Dreamweaver make that unnecessary?

You have to create the form in the form builder and add Authorize.net integration, so technically, you do not need Dreamweaver to accomplish such.
