Thank You Page on Card Form: how to edit the thank you page?

I was looking at options for the thank you page, and it will not let me reselect the option for show thank you page.

Are you looking to use the default Thank You page? It seems like you have already selected it:

If you want to change the message, simply click on it to be able to change it. Let us know if you need more help.
