Dropbox Integration: PDF submissions have not been sending to dropbox and entire folders with images and captions have all come corrupted.

    Hello!

    We have created a form for our school that allows teachers to upload images with captions. They would then be sent directly to dropbox and as a back up to google drive. Since the big PDF update on jot form, pdf's have not been sending to dropbox and entire folders with images and captions have all come corrupted. 

    Is this something that we can fix or will be fixed in the future? We rely heavily on this service and may have to look elsewhere if the issue persists, but we have loved jot form thus far.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. We have had issues with the Dropbox integration, but this was fixed today. Could you please try removing the integration, and integrating back again?

    Also, if the issue persists, let us know what is the exact form where this is happening as it seems like there are no submissions in the two forms that you currently have in your account.
