(which had to be generated). It was tested and I got the message that everything was working fine. However, now we cannot process credit cards through our reservation system. Did my creating a new key cause this and if so, how do I fix it? We desparately need to be processing our credit card sales. Thank you!

Yes, I believe when you change your Authorize.net key you need to update all applications that use that API key. So, you must log into your JotForm account, and open the payment wizard on all of your authorize.net forms and then change the keys on all of them.
