Paper Application Transformation

    I currently run a small company that all application forms are processed and analyzed on physical paper. I am trying to streamline my business so that our long application packet can be completed all online. Our packet includes the federal I9 form, state and federal W-4 forms along with several company protocol and guidelines acknowledgements. I would also like to be able to have future employees upload their SS card and Driver's License card safely. I'm wondering if your company can help me link all these documents to my website and have future employees fill them out on online.

    You may build your Form using JotForm.
