Why are so many forms suddenly not being emailed?

why are so many forms suddenly not being emailed? this started a week ago and I brought it up, I was told hopefully the problem would go away. 

it has not. could you please let me know if this is a temporary issue, and if it is, when could I expect things back to normal?
