Submission from trial/free period carried over to Bronze account

I would think that upgrading to a paid account would eliminate the 20 submissions I did during the trial/free period.  Please remove those twenty now that I am a paying customer.

Upgrading your account subscription should not delete/remove data on the account.

The upgrade process will instead expand your account usage limits and will reset all usage limits at the time of the upgrade.

If you need those existing 20 submission data removed on your form/account, you can delete them.
