I added email address into the form, but when I hit "submit" no notification being sent.

    I tested your form and made a test submission. However, it redirects me on paypal payment.
    After hitting submit button, Pay using paypal showup. (Please see screenshot below)

    Please note that submissions will not be sent if the user does not complete the payment. That's why you are not receiving any email notification.

    However, whenever a transaction is submitted, if the payment was completed or not it would be listed in the Incomplete Payment section of View Submissions until a there is a confirmation sent via PayPal IPN.
