Hi there,
My auto responder email does not send to receivers after submit the form and I have double check my setting on 'Email send emails after submission' not too sure what I have done wrong. What should I do in this case?

Thank you for contacting us.
Upon checking your form as well as cloning it, I've identified the error why your form doesn't sending out autoresponder emails to your user. The recipient's email indicated in the autoresponder was not set correctly.
To correct this you have to change the "Full Name" to "Email" in the Recipient Email section. This will now enable the form to send an autoresponder email to your users. Please take a look at the actual result below:
