my account is suspended and i cant login

    hello,

    my account is suspended, and i can't login - and my customers cant see the form for ordering onto.


    are you able to help me out asap.


    we have an order deadline 3pm today NZtime.

    Upon review of your account I found that it was automatically suspended (autosuspended) because of form: http://www.jotform.co/form/70851175916865 by our Phishing Detector Tool.
