Help me to recover my suspended account

    this is Ranjith, I have the Jorform Account, but my login was not possible due to the account suspention. Please direct me to recover the account.

    After my investigation I couldn't find your account. Could you please provide us your account username or the form id that belongs to your suspended account?

    Your account status is suspended. Your form is asking for credit card information / card number. It is not allowed in JotForm. This is a violation of our terms of use.

    We do not allow forms that ask for sensitive information like credit card details, bank information, log in credentials, or the likes, they are considered phishing forms. We have an anti-Phishing system and manual reviewers that checks thousands of forms everyday.

    If you need to process payments, you will need to use our payment integrations. If you do not need to immediately or automatically charge the client or customer, you can set the manual authorization by following this guide: How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    In order to re-activate your account, we need to delete the offending fields to your form.

    Addition to my answer above. If the card number on your form is referring to something different, please give us details of what you are trying to collect and what it is for. You can also provide us photo / screenshot of the proof you have.

    It is not any bank detail. It is family card number. It is related
    to christianity. How can I retrive my account. Please help with step by
    step procedure to retrive my account.

    respected sir,
    My suspended account name is not ranjith11india. It is
    ranjithindia11. And I was unable to login the account.
    And my forms are not responding. For Example
    *form.jotfom.me/Ranjithindia11/Neet-jghss
    *is my form and it was
    not open. It show me the form not found.
    Please consider my request.

    Your account has been reactivated, it was suspended due to card number collection, but as you previously explained to our colleagues, you are not collecting credit card number but is another kind of card number.
