    Hi,

I am using your 'Free' service. Am I right in thinking that if I don't use the SSL Secure feature that I'm allowed 100 form submissions per month, and if I do use the SSL feature, I'm only allowed 10??

Also, if I dont use this feature, am I more prone to spam?

    Thanks

Hi and yes that is correct. You can view the limitations of your plan by clicking the Human-Shaped Avatar which will show a pop-up of your current Account Usage Status in the top righthand corner. You can also see the differences here

I've also taken a look at your account and can see that you've already used up your SSL Submissions which is why you're probably seeing and may have gotten a notice that you're almost out of space/over limit since your SSL Submissions are full.

Additionally no this does not affect you as far as spam goes.

I have now changed the form to 'Not' include SSL Secure, because I don't particularly want a paid plan yet, does this mean I am ok to carry on using the form until I hit 100 submissions this month? Would you be able to check its all ok for me because I'd hate to loose clients because the form gets disabled?
    Thanks

    Hi Andy

Your account should be fine now. Your forms should now be back online and work normally as expected. I have also reseted your SSL Submissions counter. Please note that we can only do this once. If you get overlimited again, you have to consider upgrading to one of our paid plans.

Also, I would suggest to check every embedded forms you have. Be sure to change "https" to "http" to use regular submissions instead of SSL.

    Thanks!
