cannot view thread

    Hi, 

    I am now logged  in to Jotform as CIL_Forms.

    I can see my forms properly, (2 minutes ago) so I am logged in. 

    I am following the instructions in the email you sent me to post a new thread. on https://eu.jotform.com/answers/answer.php?

    I am unable to "view this thread on a browser" probably because the link takes me to https://www.jotform.com/answers/1630326-Why-do-I-always-get-an-error-message-when-I-submit-a-support-ticket-

    note there is no EU in the address so it wont let me log in!

    Hope you can fix this as it is rather inconvenient.

    I have checked the thread you have created and it seems you posted the thread when you're not logged in and have set the thread to private. That is why you cannot view the thread under CIL_Forms.

    If you want, I can set the thread to public?
