Currently my forms with payments are submitting twice and therefore processing payment twice, causing us to have to have to create a refund on each submission. How can we fix this error?

I have tried checking the forms and it seems that they are encrypted and unable to check the submissions. Could you let us know the form that is causing the issue? Also, please let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages. If so, please share the web page URL where the form is embedded. This would help us in checking the issue further?

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

Do I need to remove encryption?

No. Removing the encryption shall let the submissions to be viewed in encrypted data only.

I have checked the web page and see that it is embedded using iFrame embed code which should be working fine. I have cloned the form to my account and tested with Sandbox credentials using the direct link. It worked fine at my end with and without form encryption.  have received only one submission. However, I am not sure if the issue is being caused with the form embedded on your webpage. Would it be possible for you to create a test page on your website and embed our webpage to run further tests?

If you could, please use the following embed code to display the form on your test web page.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-83224833520956" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotform.com/83224833520956" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no" > </iframe>

Let us know the web page URL after embedding so that we can test it further and assist you.

    Thanks!
