Downloading PDF submissions error

    Hi there, 

    When I try to view the PDF version of a submission on one of our forms - the screen seems to get stuck in a loop where it is trying to load the form and can't. The screenshots below show the two screens that it goes between. It does this continuously until you close out the page. Any advice on how we can fix it? Thank you.

    The form giving us the problem is the Gold Award Final Summary Report -

    Please try opening it again using a different internet browser or internet network for testing purposes.

    Hi John,

    I tried the form in Chrome and Explorer and tried our corporate and guest WiFis but still had the same problem

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have been testing your form and I'm able to view the submissions, example: 


    I would recommend you to try clearing your browsers cache and see if that helps, it seems to be working using Chrome and Windows 10 on my end.
