Include Headings In Submission

Hi,

I have an application form that, when submitted, sends me an email with the form answers. Because i have headings in the accordion form, those do not show up.

In the link below, you can see headings like "Personal Information" and "Education" which do not flow through to the email i receive. It makes it a little more difficult to see where one section starts and ends.

Please note that only input fields are included inside of the Email alerts by default. If you want to add the headings to your email alerts, you will need to edit the email template and manually add them. Inside of the following guide, you can find how to edit the email templates:
