We need to update our payment information.  Can you tell me how to do that, please?

To change your billing credit card, please follow these steps:

1. Login then open your account billing page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

2. Scroll down to the "Payment Method" section and click on the "Change Credit Card" button:
