File uploads are not being sent as email attachments

We have recently added the option of attaching photos/files to our forms.

When the user has selected this option and submits the form we don't receive these in our email account?

They are still being capture on the desktop version of Jotform and forms without attachments still being received in our email account.

I checked the feature to send file uploads as email attachments and it seems to be working on my end.  The attachments in the email notification are limited to 15MB. Could you check if the size of the files attached is more than 15MB which could be causing the failure of attachments?

Just checked and the attachments in both submissions were under 15MB

Is this happening in all email notifications? I assume that this is the form in question: http://www.jotform.ca/form/73343944511253 

I have cloned it and did a test submission where I uploaded two images, both were attached to the notification. Please try deleting the email notification, and set it up again, and make sure to enable that "Send upload as attachment" option.

Let us know if that works.
