Trying to get an invoice for membership fee

Hi, I had been working with Steve Hartert to increase our membership to the Bronze level. I'd applied for the non-profit discount as well. I haven't received a response on my last few emails. In order for my company to generate the purchase order to pay the annual fee, we need some sort of invoice or quote listing the price. 

Can someone provide me an invoice for the non-profit annual Bronze price?

The non-profit discount has been approved already. As for the invoice, our process is a bit different from others since we are using a payment processor.

Hi – this is not helpful. My Purchasing department needs an invoice in order to approve the purchase order.
Can you please provide me a quote, invoice, or order form documenting the amount we are being billed for? This is time sensitive since we are trying to have our membership established by the first week of December.

You need to go through PO option to generate an invoice/quote from our payment processor. Unfortunately, there is no other way. We cannot generate the invoice manually.
