    Hi again, Jotform Team,

I am a sub account underneath the main account of webtools@heart.org. Today, I again got a notice that my account has reached the monthly submission limit, even though I'm sure our account is (nearly) unlimited.

Last time I believe you cleared something from my account. Could you please do it again, and also tell me what I can do in the future to stop this from happening? (I create a daily poll/quiz and this seems to happen about every 20-30 days).

    Thanks in advance,

    Alice Wolke

I have checked your account and you're currently over your submission limit.

It seems the form was created under your account. You can check it when you click on my Forms vs when you click the Shared with you.

If you want to lift the limits of your forms, I would suggest transferring the form to your main account.

You can drag and drop your form to the shared folder. And then ask the main account to share the form to you.

    Hope this information helps.
