Submit Button

The submit button in the form "workshops" is not working. I've tried deleting and adding a new form without success.

After filling out form and clicking "submit" I get a "pending" signal that tells me something is trying to work but never leads me to another link or to a Thank You note. 

I've tried both. Using a forward link and using a Thank you Note.

It's a possible conflict to the page between the form and your website scripts. Just simply re-embed the form using our iFrame method to fix that.
