How can I re-add a sub-user to my account?

Hi,

I've removed a sub account from my profile by mistake, the account is still active and can be logged into. Is there anyway to re-attach the user to my account?

Yes, you should be able to do that. Go to your sub-user account option here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users 

Thanks Welvin, but I don't want to create a new sub-user. There is a previous sub-user that I've deleted from my account, which has now converted to a separate free user account. I would like to know if I can re-attach it to my current profile as it has addition forms that we would like to use.

Yes, you may add him as a sub-user to your account. Then he may transfer his forms to the shared folder that you create.
