How can I access historical forms and the attachments from our customers?

Thank you very much - the only problem is we had around 3,000 submissions and when I do that and click timeframe for all time it only shows 46?

Your account is Free and the Free account can store only 500 submissions. When your account was downgraded to a Free plan it exceeded this limit and some of your submissions were removed. You will have to upgrade your account to a paid plan to recover those submissions. All paid plans have unlimited Total Submission Storage. Your account is also over the Upload Storage Space. The limit for the Free accounts is 100 MB and your current usage is 4.27 GB. Mor about account usage, you can find here:
