Form not submitting when loaded in an App browser?

I am using the form in a browser that is part of our company app... but the Submit button doesn't work properly.

When you click Submit the data is sent, but the button just says "Please Wait" and no thank you page is displayed.

Is your company app accessible via a URL? If so, please share the URL here so we can take a look. I am able to submit the standalone form successfully on my end. This means the issue is related to the way the form is embedded in your App/Website. I suggest you make use of the Iframe Embed Method. This usually creates the least conflict when the form is embedded.
