How to get deposit and charge the customer later

Question #2: Goes along with the first question. Sometimes we only ship partial orders based on inventory. Is there a way to card a customer's card partially and the remaining balance at a later date?

Unfortunately, there isn't such an option available for now. However, you can collect your total balance partially by creating two separate forms. One for the ended shipment, and other one for the rest.
