Is it possible to set up the embedded table so that it only shows data?

Is it possible to set up the embedded table so that it only shows data relevant to the user? I would like a work log system where trainees can view their approved cases and supervisors can see their own cases they have approved.

If you would like to show different view to users based on their login information, unfortunately, it is not possible. But, we are working on new view for submissions page, it should allow to apply filters to submissions. This would allow to create different sheets for your users.
