large gray area show up on page when I print a PDF

why does a large gray area show up on page when I print a PDF?

I have checked your PDF report but I can't seem to find any large gray area on the PDF form when printed.

when you print it, the whole right side of paper is gray.

I have checked the PDF form and I can view the gray part. However, the gray part shouldn't be printed out on the paper.

Unfortunately, I cannot replicate the issue as I don't have any printer at the moment.

To clarify, when you tried to print the PDF on the new pdf editor the gray part was also printed on the paper or when you save the form only?

when I print it, the information I need to read is very small and there is about 2.5 inches of gray on the whole right side of paper.

The large grey area is to emphasize how you view your PDF page.

You can check the paper size and the scale on your Print settings on the left side.

When you print the form using a printer, the gray area won't be printed out.
