No records of payments being accepted by Square payments after setting up the integration

    Hi - I built a form (I'm new to the product) and I created a payment method using my Square account. That said, I've tested the form and it appears to work. However, I have no records of the payments being accepted by Square. Can you give support? Do I need to activate something within Square? Or did I not configure it properly? Help! I need this form to go-live soon. Thanks!

    Upon inspecting your form, I noticed that your payment field is in test mode. For this reason, you will not see the live transactions on your Square account.

    You will need to switch this to live in order to receive actual payments through your form.

    I checked your form and it is now set to Live Mode. I still created a screencast guide on how to change it:

    1. Open your form.

    2. Select the Payment field and click the Payment Settings button.

    3. Click the Gear Icon.

    4. Change the Payment Mode to Live Mode.
