We are a hospital considering the HIPAA compliant package. Before doing so there are a couple of questions we have in regards to the data.
1. If we decide to cancel the subscription, what happens to the data on the servers that has already been submitted?
2. Once a form is submitted and we get notification that it has been completed, do we log in and print that information off? Can we upload into our system? Once it has been retrieved, then can we delete it off the server or is it always there?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,
For more information related to HIPAA accounts, please refer to this page: https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/
1. If we decide to cancel the subscription, what happens to the data on the servers that has already been submitted?
We do not erase any data without user's permission, so if you cancel your subscription, the data can be moved to non HIPAA servers. But, you always can download the data and delete it before cancelling subscription: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
2. Once a form is submitted and we get notification that it has been completed, do we log in and print that information off? Can we upload into our system? Once it has been retrieved, then can we delete it off the server or is it always there?
It is possible to set up email notifications for new submissions. You can also attach a PDF file of submission to email:

If needed you can delete submissions from our servers: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
We will gladly assist if you need any further help.
